33 lessons in 5 units, about 33 h 20 min of reading and core practice. Each lesson ends with a quick check.
Unit 1
Knowledge the ECO assumes in all three domains: how projects create value, the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition principles and performance domains, PMI’s new definition of project success, ethics, the agile and hybrid frameworks behind about 60% of items, and the new AI and sustainability themes. These questions are scored inside the three domains, so this unit’s weight is taken proportionally from them.

Unit 2
ECO tasks I.1–I.8: developing a common vision, managing conflict, leading and building the team, engaging stakeholders, aligning and managing stakeholder and customer expectations, knowledge transfer, and planning and managing communication. The questions are mostly situational leadership judgements where several options sound reasonable.

Unit 3
ECO tasks II.1–II.10. Covers the integrated plan and choice of delivery approach, scope, value-based delivery, resources, procurement, finance, quality, schedule, status evaluation and closure. It is the most heavily weighted domain and holds nearly all the calculations (earned value, estimates, critical path, financial measures).
