Money: I can add, compare and give change with pounds and pence.
Here is a £1 coin, two 20p coins and a 5p coin.
20p + 20p + 5p = 45p
£1 and 45p make £1.45.
The dot is the decimal point. Pounds on the left, pence on the right.

A £1 coin and a 5p coin.
£1 and 5p make £1.05.
Pence always have two digits after the point: 05, not 5.
So we write £1.05, not £1.5. The 0 is a place holder.
