Requirements analysis, modelling and traceability

By the end you’ll be able to

• Match tools to scenarios: user stories, use cases, process flows, context diagrams, data models, prototypes and decision tables
• Explain the requirements traceability matrix and the product backlog as ways to trace requirements to objectives, deliverables and tests
• Write clear, testable requirements and user stories (role–goal–benefit format, INVEST, card–conversation–confirmation)
