The catalogue

855 exams. One standard of preparation.

Every course follows the official specification section by section, and every score is reported on the exam’s own scale.

How it works

Five steps, repeated until the score is yours.

No streaks, no noise. Each session moves you through the same loop, and the loop tightens around whatever is still costing you marks.

  1. 01

    Learn

A lesson for every topic on the official syllabus, with worked examples and quick checks that explain every option.

  2. 02

    Practice

Adaptive questions aimed at your weakest skill. Every answer is explained, and you can ask why your choice was wrong.

  3. 03

    Mocks

Full-length, timed tests in a frame modelled on the real one, scored on the official scale.

  4. 04

    Predicted score

After every session, a predicted score with its range. The range narrows as the evidence grows.

  5. 05

    Review

Every miss becomes a review card, scheduled for the day before you’d forget it.

Mock exams

Test day, rehearsed.

Mocks run in a quiet, full-screen frame modelled on the real test, with its sections, timing and breaks. Nothing else on screen: no prompts, no pop-ups.

  • A timer that stays calm

It turns amber at five minutes, never red, and can be hidden.

  • Mark for review and strike out

The answer eliminator and review page, where you expect them.

  • Only the tools the real test gives you

Calculator and reference sheet where the exam has them, nowhere else.

  • Fast from the keyboard

A to D to choose, X to strike out, F to mark, Left arrow Right arrow to move.

Predicted score

A prediction, with its range.

Your predicted score is never a single flattering number. It says how sure it is, and it earns certainty only from your answers.

  1. i.

    Mastery per topic

Every answer updates your mastery of the topic it tests, weighted by how hard the question was.

  2. ii.

    Weighted by the test

Topics count in proportion to their share of the real exam, section by section.

  3. iii.

    Scored like a mock

The result goes through the same scoring curves as a full mock, so it lands on the official scale.

  4. iv.

    Shown as a range

With little evidence the range is wide. It narrows as you answer more questions and sit more mocks.

We don’t publish success rates or prediction accuracy until we can back them with official score reports. When we do, every figure will state its sample size and period.

How the range narrows

SAT · target 1550

  1. After the diagnostic

    1280 · likely 1190–1370 · one test

  2. Week 3

    1370 · likely 1320–1420 · 400 answers · 1 full mock

  3. Week 8

    1430 · likely 1400–1460 · 1,200 answers · 2 full mocks

What can I do for free?

Every lesson and strategy guide, 40 practice questions a day, the diagnostic plus 1 full mock per exam, 3 AI gradings of essays or speaking a week, and the AI tutor for 10 messages a day. Pro removes every limit.

How is my predicted score worked out?

From your mastery of each topic, weighted by that topic’s share of the real exam and run through the same scoring curves as a full mock. It is always shown as a range, and the range narrows as you answer more questions.

Is Courselo affiliated with the exam boards?

No. Courselo is independent. Each course follows the published specification, and every exam page says when its format and scoring were last checked against official sources.

What does “AI-generated · reviewed” mean?

Some courses are built from the exam’s official specification the first time a lesson or question is needed. Each item is validated against the course structure and checked for correctness before it is shown, then kept so every learner sees the same material. Courses written entirely by our team don’t carry the label.
