Does one Pro subscription cover every exam?
Yes. Pro applies to your account, so every exam you study, now or later, has the limits removed.
What happens when I reach a free limit?
Nothing is lost. You’ll see how much you’ve used, and daily limits reset the next day. The free plan includes 40 practice questions a day and 3 AI gradings a week.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Manage subscription in your account and Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your progress, answers and plan stay with you on the free plan.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, in full, if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment: use “Cancel and refund” in your account, or email hello@courselo.org. Yearly plans get the same 14 days after every renewal. Monthly renewals aren’t refunded once the month has started, but you can stop the next one at any time. The full details are in our refund policy at courselo.org/refunds.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Courselo never sees or stores your card number. You’re buying from TechMasons LTD, the UK company that runs Courselo.
