PMP exam technique: PMI mindset, case sets and graphic items

By the end you’ll be able to

• Apply the PMI mindset to situational items: assess and analyse before acting, collaborate before escalating, follow the agreed process, protect the team and focus on value
• Decode FIRST, NEXT, BEST and MOST qualifiers and eliminate options that skip steps, escalate too early, break process or avoid the problem
• Work case-study sets efficiently: skim the questions first, map facts to tasks and keep answers consistent with the case data
