The format, as published
- NSW Standard 2: 2.5 h HSC exam (+10 min reading), 100 marks: Section I 15 MC (15 marks) and Section II 85 marks (2025 HSC paper).
- VIC: Exam 1 (1.5 h + 15 min reading, 40 MC, 30%) and Exam 2 (1.5 h + 15 min reading, 60 marks extended, 30%), CAS allowed in both.
- QLD: 50% external assessment as Paper 1 technology-free + Paper 2 technology-active (timings unverified).
- WA Applications ATAR: calculator-free and calculator-assumed sections (unverified).
- SA: 130-minute exam (2 November 2026, 30%).
- TAS Level 3: 3 h written exam.
- ACT school-assessed.
