- England (AQA 8652/8662/8692, Edexcel 1FR1/1GN1/1SP1, reformed spec first examined 2026): four equally weighted papers (25% each) - Listening incl. dictation, Speaking (role-play, read-aloud, photo card; ~7–9 min Foundation / 10–12 min Higher plus prep), Reading incl. translation into English, Writing incl. translation into the language; tiered Foundation (1–5) / Higher (4–9), all papers at the same tier, graded 9–1; vocabulary lists (~1,200 F / ~1,700 H word families).
- WJEC (made-for-Wales, from Sept 2025) and CCEA: four-skill specs graded A*-G (CCEA incl. C*).
- Cambridge IGCSE Foreign Language: Listening (~50 min, 40 marks), Reading (1 h, 45 marks), Speaking (~10 min, 40 marks) and Writing (1 h, 45 marks), 25% each, untiered, A*-G (9–1 variant where listed).
