Continuous improvement

By the end you’ll be able to

• Use lessons learned from past and current projects to improve decisions throughout the project
• Help ensure continuous improvement processes are updated (retrospectives, Kaizen, PDCA at team and organisational level)
• Update organisational process assets (templates, checklists, estimating data, lessons learned repository)
