- ASQ CSSBB: 165 questions (150 scored + 15 unscored) in 4 h 18 min computer-based (4.5-hour appointment) or 150 questions in 4 hours on paper (Mandarin, select locations); open book; eligibility of 3 years’ full-time experience in the Body of Knowledge plus one completed Six Sigma project with signed affidavit (or two completed projects with affidavits).
- IASSC CBB: 150 multiple-choice and true/false questions (plus up to 15 unscored) in 4 hours, closed book, about 30 questions per DMAIC phase, minimum 70% to pass.
