Using the risk register and stakeholder register

By the end you’ll be able to

• Use a risk register in a given situation: record the risk, owner, probability, impact, response and trigger
• Select simple responses for threats (avoid, transfer, mitigate, accept, escalate) and opportunities (exploit, share, enhance, accept, escalate)
• Use a stakeholder register and a power/interest grid to decide how to engage a stakeholder
